Collection, purpose and legal grounds

Your name, company, contact details and message are collected electronically to answer product enquiries and handle quotations. Requests directly related to entering a contract may be processed under Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698; records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right under Article 5/2-e. Security records are assessed on legitimate-interest grounds without harming fundamental rights.

Recipients and retention

Authorised staff may access these data. Hosting and support providers may receive data as required for their services, and competent authorities where legally required. When processing grounds cease to exist, data must be erased, destroyed or anonymised under applicable rules.

Your rights

Article 11 provides rights to information about processing, purposes and recipients, correction, conditional erasure or destruction and notification to recipients, objection to adverse automated analysis, and compensation for unlawful processing. Submit a verifiable request using legally recognised methods to the contact addresses below. Requests are resolved within thirty days at the latest. This notice does not request marketing permission or explicit consent.
